1. Who we are

BA Stack is a trading name of Young Jokotade, a sole trader based in England.

2. What you are buying

Foundation Pro is a digital study resource for people preparing for the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis. It costs £97 as a single one-time payment and includes 12 months of access from the date of purchase.

3. Delivery and access

The product is digital and delivered instantly. Access is provided through the web app at app.bastack.com. Access is granted to the email address used at the time of purchase, so you must register using that same address.

Access runs for 12 months from purchase. After that period, access ends.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

5. Acceptable use

Your access is for your personal study only. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, publish, or reproduce the content, in whole or in part. We may withdraw access without refund if these terms are breached.

6. No affiliation with BCS

BA Stack is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. BCS and BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis are trademarks of BCS. For official materials and to book your exam, go to the BCS website.

7. No guarantee of exam success

Foundation Pro is a study aid. Results depend on your own effort, preparation, and circumstances. Buying this product does not guarantee that you will pass the BCS Foundation Certificate.

We do offer a money-back pass guarantee: if you sit the exam and do not pass, you may claim a full refund subject to the conditions on our Refunds page. That is a refund guarantee, not a guarantee of exam success.
