Your statutory rights

Foundation Pro is digital content with immediate access. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because access is granted straight away, that right to cancel does not apply once you have accessed the product.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of anything below.

The pass guarantee

If you sit the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis exam and do not pass, I will refund your £97 in full.

To qualify:

You sat the exam after the date you bought Foundation Pro
You sat it within your 12 months of access
You provide your official BCS result showing you did not pass
You claim within 30 days of your exam date
One claim per person

How to claim

Email bastudystack@gmail.com with your official BCS result and the email address you bought with. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Your access to the app ends when the refund is processed.

What is not covered

Exams sat before purchase
Results from any exam other than the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis
Claims without an official BCS result
Change of mind after you have accessed the app, unless your statutory rights apply
